We save you the money in the process of buying and selling your home like any good agent should. Then:

- When we Sell your Home we sell it for less and do more. Our fee is 3.95%, With us offering the majority of this (2.0%) as the COOP
fee to a buyer's agent, leaving us 1.95% of the fee. The largest cost incurred will usually be what we have to pay a buyer's agent to
bring us a qualified seller. If you have a REALTORS tell you they can give you a better rate than this please pay
special attention to the COOP fee they are willing to pay a buyer's agents. This is how buyer's agents earn their living. This is
where most of the money to get your home sold is at. If this fee is substantially below 2.0% your home may not get shown to a lot of potential buyers.
You will have some agents show your home last or not at all because the fee they get paid is less than the
other homes for sale on the market are paying.

* The amount of the Gift Card is based on the selling price of the home. A $250 Gift Card for homes with a sale price of $250,000 or lower,
a $500 Gift Card for homes with a sale price between $250,001 to $500,000, and a $1000 Gift Card for homes with a sale price of $500,001 and higher.
